Warren Dunn found guilty on an indictment for being found at large in the kingdom having been tried at the Hertfordshire Summer 1743 Assizes for stealing goods to the value of 29/- in the dwelling house of John Darkin in the parish of Ardeley  on 11th July 1743 and sentenced to transportation.
